The Challenge: For nearly 20 years, Dynamic Therapy has been a pillar of the East Tennessee community. They had the reputation and clinical expertise, but their visual identity was stuck in the past. As they prepared to move into a custom-built, state-of-the-art facility, the disconnect became glaring: they were a modern, multi-disciplinary clinic operating under a dated name and logo that didn't reflect their full scope of care. They needed a brand that felt as premium and permanent as their new building.
The Solution (The Brand Evolution): We didn't just update a logo; we aligned their public face with their internal reality.
- Strategic Renaming: We shifted the name from "Dynamic Physical Therapy" to "Dynamic Therapy" to accurately reflect their complete ecosystem of care—incorporating Occupational and Speech therapy alongside PT.
- Visual Maturity: We replaced the busy, dated graphics with a clean, architectural icon—two hands forming a "D"—utilizing Navy Blue for trust and Orange for energy.
- Physical Integration: We designed the brand to live in the real world, ensuring it translated perfectly to the monument signage of their new facility.
The Results: The rebrand allowed Dynamic Therapy to open their new doors with a cohesive, professional identity.

What's Coming Next (The Transition Strategy): With a strong brand foundation now established, we are beginning to strategize for the next major phase: The Founder Transition. We are currently developing a 2-year roadmap to help the three founders step out of daily operations. Our focus is on building the marketing and operational systems needed to fill the gap left by their personal name recognition, ensuring the clinic’s growth rate is sustained long after their exit.
